End your day while allowing your thoughts to flow freely and without judgment during our Journal Café.  Together, we'll explore StoryCards journal prompts and take a self-exploration dive into our experiences, emotions, and daily lives with the intention of creating clarity, healing, and taking time for ourselves.

Whether you are an experienced journaling enthusiast or just starting out, this session is crafted for all. Journal Café  is a supportive and nurturing space where your stories, reflections, and inner peace are honored and celebrated.
